How a Repair Works, Step by Step

  1. 1You call or WhatsApp us with the appliance, brand, model and fault or error code. Bookings before 4 PM are usually visited the same day.
  2. 2A technician visits your home anywhere in Dubai with common parts for that appliance and brand.
  3. 3The technician diagnoses the fault on-site, explains it and gives you an itemized quote for parts and labour.
  4. 4Nothing is repaired until you approve the quote. If you decide not to go ahead, that is your choice.
  5. 5After the repair, the appliance is tested (a wash cycle, a cooling check, a burner leak test) before the technician leaves.

What We Repair

We repair household kitchen and laundry appliances. Each service page explains the common faults, error codes and how the repair works:

We do not repair air conditioners, water heaters, TVs or vacuum cleaners.
