Bosch dishwashers are the most common built-in dishwashers in Dubai. They are reliable, but three faults come up again and again: the E15 leak alarm, E24/E25 drain errors and drying problems. Our technicians fix all three routinely. For all brands, see dishwasher repair Dubai.
E15 means the anti-flood float in the base tray has lifted because water has leaked into it. The dishwasher stops and runs the drain pump constantly to protect your kitchen. The water comes from a leaking seal, a cracked spray arm, an over-full dishwasher or too much detergent causing foam. We find the actual leak, repair it and dry the base so the float drops back.
E24 usually means the drain hose or the sink connection is blocked or kinked. E25 means the drain pump itself is blocked, often by a piece of glass, a lemon pip or a label. Under the filter there is a small pump cover you can unclip to check the impeller turns freely. If the impeller is jammed or broken, the pump needs replacing.
Many Bosch dishwashers dry by condensation, so plastics stay damp even when the machine is healthy. But if glasses and plates are wet and cold, the heater (or heat pump) has usually failed. Zeolith models (PerfectDry) use a mineral that absorbs moisture, and if that section fails, drying suffers. We check which system your model uses before quoting.

The error only clears once the base tray is dry. The leak must be found and fixed, otherwise E15 will return. Tilting the machine to drain the base only hides the problem.
