Many Beko fridge-freezers use NeoFrost, a dual-cooling system with separate evaporators and fans for the fridge and freezer. When one side fails, the other keeps working, which is a useful clue for diagnosis. We repair all Beko fridges across Dubai.
On NeoFrost fridges, a warm fridge with a working freezer usually means the fridge-side fan or evaporator has iced up, or the fan motor has failed. The reverse points to the freezer fan or defrost circuit. We clear the ice, find out why the defrost failed, and replace the heater, sensor or fan.
If you hear a click every few minutes from the back of your Beko and it is not cooling, the compressor is trying to start and failing. The start relay or overload protector is the usual cause, and it is an inexpensive repair.
