Electrolux washing machines use a simple error system: E1x codes relate to water intake, E2x to draining and E4x to the door. That makes diagnosis fast. Electrolux and AEG washing machines share the same platform, and we repair both.
E20 is the most common Electrolux code. Clean the drain filter behind the bottom flap. On some models you first drain the water through a small emergency hose. If E20 returns, the drain pump or the hose is blocked or the pump has failed.
